Tech & Scope of supply details
Raw Material: waste tires (diameter ≤ 1800mm)
CAPACITY & FINAL PRODUCT: 6-7 T/H 1-5MM RUBBER GRANULES
PROCESS: Whole Tires → Tire Shredder → Tire Raspers (Steel Separation) → Tire Granulator (Nylon Separation) → Rubber Crumb Collecting System
TYRE recycling plant is suitable of various kinds of tires, such as bicycle tires, car tires, truck tires, passenger vehicle tires, tractor tires and OTR tires.
The plant can process tires can possibly ,with diameter from 800 mm to over 4000 mm.

- Seller will assemble the main parts, then mark all the joint parts and send
videos to guide the installation and training
- Seller can arrange our engineer to client’s working site, and client needs to
afford the air tickets, hotel, meals and salary $100/day for our engineer
